Due to the great prices offered on this close-out sale, costumes are final sale & sold AS-IS. Slight imperfections may be present. Absolutely no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Joe's Lingerie guarantees you will be satisfied with every product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON. This policy does not apply to our novelty items, unless defective and in original packaging. Should you need to return or exchange an item purchased through our site please follow our return policy or contact our customer service department with any questions. Approved item(s) for return or exchange are to be sent within ten (10) days of receipt along with the packing slip completed on the backside indicating the information necessary to process the return or exchange, to Joe's Lingerie 264 Leona St. Apt 106 Vassar Michigan 48768. Shipping charges for items sent back for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless sending back defective merchandise. Joe's Lingerie does not charge a shipping fee for exchange orders when sending the replacement back to the customer. Exchanges will first be processed as a credit to your account at Joe's Lingerie. Once the return/exchange shipment is received at our fulfillment center, most refunds/exchanges will be processed within one week. You may be contacted by a member of Joe's Lingerie Customer Service Team with any questions about your return.
Returns that smell of smoke, body odor, or are without original packaging will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.
Novelties
Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. Joe's Lingerie will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STDs. Joe's Lingerie makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. Your right to privacy is assured. Your Joe's Lingerie purchases arrive securely packaged with no indication of its contents, return addressed from Joe's Lingerie . Even your credit card statement is billed from Joe's Lingerie or Joe's Photography. Your privacy is of utmost concern to us. We make our database & subscriber list available to NO ONE!
